Details: Here's the corrected text without bullet points: Paella Pan - Wide and Shallow BBQ Cooking Pan Strong Carbon Steel Construction for Mediterranean Dishes - Made in England FEATURES This paella pan is made from durable carbon steel, providing even heat distribution. It is designed for busy professional kitchens, offering extreme durability while remaining relatively lightweight, making it easy to move, maneuver, and carry. The pan is oven safe up to 180°C, allowing for versatile cooking options. It is also suitable for use on induction hobs as well as all other heat sources. CARE & USAGE We recommend gently washing the pan before first use, followed by seasoning using the method below or your preferred method. To season, heat the pan on high heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, use paper towels to evenly spread the oil over the interior of the pan. Using the same oily paper towel, lightly wipe the exterior of the pan (if you have a glass cooktop, do not oil the exterior flat bottom). With a clean paper towel, wipe off any excess oil from both the interior and exterior of the pan. Place the pan back on the burner at medium-high heat for approximately 25 minutes, or until the pan appears dry inside and out. Your carbon steel pan is now ready to use. Always store it in a dry place to prevent rust. If light rust spots appear, they can be removed with a scourer, and the seasoning process should be repeated before further use. Cooking acidic foods, such as tomatoes, may cause staining; if this occurs, simply re-season the pan. Important: Hand wash only. Do not soak. Dry completely.
